I came up with the first logo you shortlisted and then I was promptly copied. Same font. Same sun idea. It’s wrong. 2017-11-13 15:19:40 UTCMarianne:
I agree — that is not right. This is the first time I have done this. I will investigate and certainly respect your point of view.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to come off as a jerk – it’s been a long time since I participated here and to be plagiarized on one of my first submissions back was upsetting (and surprising); I hope it’s not common nowadays. It’s not your fault, Marianne, but I hope you take it into consideration when you choose your winner.

You came across as one upset lady — and for good reason. You are very talented so I hope this won’t discourage you. I most definitely will take it into consideration!

I withdraw my design, hope you are the winner in this contest.

Update: I’ve removed several comments from this page. Comments here should only relate to asking questions of the client or from the client answering competition related questions.
If you have a beef with another designer please do it on the offending entry’s page(they all have a page you know!)
Have also forced the withdrawal or Tawon’s design which was far too close to Marcee’s original design.
Also want to specifically mention that adding some clip art to an essentially similar design is not good enough, is lazy and not terribly creative. You know who you are. So up your game please.

Thank you, all.
