The Brief
We have three companies that need to be branded in one format.
Capital City Renovations: This company buys, renovates and sells properties
Triangel Home Buyers: This company pays cash for homes, then re sells them “as-is” (wholesale)
Capital City Equity Partners: This company buys and sells real estate notes.
We want to Communicate all three under one brand. We are based in Raleigh North Carolina, and will market to the surrounding areas ( The Triangle ).
We specialize in real estate investment and take an active approach in catering to the clients individual needs instead of making a quick cash sale.
The feel for the logo should have a high end, artisan, vintage feel.
Target Audience
We are targeting groups of people that are in financial distress, have inherited property they do not want, have a home in foreclosure, have filed for bankruptcy. Also landlords that have rental properties they want to unload. Financial investors, real estate brokers and venture capitalist.
Logo Requirements
Logosauce Standard Final Art Requirements: Vector artwork in Pantone SPOT, CMYK, RGB and BW versions. Files should be saved in Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps file formats with all strokes converted to objects and fonts pathed/outlined. Other file formats may be acceptable in exceptional circumstances.

Hi @CapitalCityReno – This is a little weird and unorthodox – so to be clear, are you looking for a logo/icon that does NOT include the brand names? Or you want a single logo that has all 3 names in the logo?
It seems likely that a logo/icon with none of the logo names would work best – possibly with a Triangle theme. Please let us know your thoughts on this.

Correct, one loge none of the names. Take a look at the icons that represent Raleigh, NC. There’s an acorn, the state capital and crest. The NC state bird is a cardinal. I’m a big fan of live oak trees. I think the live oak could be incorperated with the artisan feel we are looking for.
