The Brief
Our company manages touchscreen fitness UIs for various clients and for one of them, it’s time for a refresh. We would like to take the main screen (Start Page) and see what ideas are out there to touch-up, refresh, and modernize this interface. We are not looking for a complete overhaul or redo, but rather a “facelift” on the existing UI. A few things to note:
1) The Hexagon shape in the middle of the screen is consistent with other brand elements of the client.
2) Color choices must remain monochromatic.
3) The placement of the elements seen on the start page must remain in the same general area.
4) Once selected, we would like to hire the artist to continue on with the rest of the UI.

Target Audience
This UI is used by anyone who might visit a gym or fitness facility where this customer’s product resides. Generally, this particular product is designed for elite level athletes and those looking for a high-level training experience.
Logo Requirements
Logosauce Standard Final Art Requirements: Vector artwork in Pantone SPOT, CMYK, RGB and BW versions. Files should be saved in Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps file formats with all strokes converted to objects and fonts pathed/outlined. Other file formats may be acceptable in exceptional circumstances.

This is a little different from the usual Logosauce Logo Design competition – we typically don’t allow these competitions on Logosauce – but it’s a graphic design none the less and the prize-money offered is reasonable – so lets do this :)
Note This is not for a complete UI redesign, just – this particular screen and it’s also not the web and I assume has limited screen capability.
I’d suggest maybe some sort of graphics would be a better choice than the images shown.
There is also the likelihood of more (paid) work for other screen elements and UI for the winner.
So this should be interesting.

@SeattleDan it would be helpful if we had some more information about screen limitations. Your image in NOT in fact monochromatic – it has at least 4 colours shown – so what exactly are the limitation and resolution?

Resolution is 1080P. 16:9 Aspect ratio. The colors need to remain similar in design to what you see in the image. The reason is that we allow custom color changes for businesses and colleges.

The screen size for this touchscreen is only 10 inches, so the language selection, settings and personalize should be a larger size because they are actionable buttons. Personalize button will be called “Login” so that verbiage can change.
